Initial Home Consult
$375
Encompasses anything related to your breastfeeding journey. Most families have their initial visit within first week after birth.
Visits are always paid in full at the time of service. I will provide a superbill for you to submit your insurance for reimbursement but it is not guaranteed. Please contact your insurance company to confirm reimbursement.
Please note: A $50 travel fee will be added for visits located more than 30 minutes from Middleton.
Office Visit

We now offer office visits at Stork Ready! Office visits are Wednesdays at Stork Ready. If you'd like an office visit on a different day, Leah offers office visits in her home in Middleton, MA. Please reach out for any questions or to set up an office consult!
Prenatal Consult

1:1 Prenatal lactation consult with comprehensive health history and individualized plan Great for mothers that have had prior breastfeeding difficultyIdeal for first time parents that want a plan to help get breastfeeding off to a good start right after birth. Typically offered virtually.
Virtual Consult
$300
Continued care provided through virtual visit. Bottle refusal, back to work, weaning, mastitis, & plugged ducts/ductal narrowing.
Follow Up Home Consult

This visit is designed to provide continued support as you and your baby grow and your feeding needs evolve. Whether we’re building on skills from your initial consult or addressing new challenges, follow-up visits allow for ongoing assessment, troubleshooting, and personalized guidance.

Bottle Refusal
$350
Can be virtual or in person. We will help you identify reason for bottle refusal and help you and your baby work together. We have several bottles that are sanitized and will also work with what you have at home.

Insurance
All clients are provided with a superbill (with the exception of Aetna) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Payment is required at time of service. We take HSA/FSA, credit, Venmo, Zelle, check or cash for all consultations.
A credit card is used to secure your appointment. Cancellations under 48 hours notice without rescheduling will be charged in full. Your card is not charged until after your visit.
