Insurance
​
All clients are provided with a superbill (with the exception of Aetna) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Payment is required at time of service. We take HSA/FSA, credit, Venmo, Zelle, check or cash for all consultations.
A credit card is used to secure your appointment. Cancellations under 48 hours notice without rescheduling will be charged in full. Your card is not charged until after your visit. ​​

Initial Home Consultation
$375
Encompasses anything related to your breastfeeding journey. Most families have their initial visit within first week after birth.
Visits are always paid in full at the time of service. I will provide a superbill for you to submit your insurance for reimbursement but it is not guaranteed. Please contact your insurance company to confirm reimbursement.
Follow Up Home Consultation
$325
May be scheduled after initial visit. I do not routinely scheduled follow ups but will work with you in discussing if follow up is advised. ​​​​​​
Baby Registry Consult
$75/$50
Our Baby Registry Support Service is designed to help expectant parents confidently choose products that truly support breastfeeding, bonding, and early baby care. This includes families planning to exclusively breastfeed, breastfeed, pump, or formula feed. Recommendations are based on your lifestyle, feeding goals, and budget—cutting through the overwhelm of generic registries and others opinions. Add items you actually need to your registry!

Prenatal Consultation
$250
1:1 Prenatal lactation consult with comprehensive health history and individualized plan
Great for mothers that have had prior breastfeeding difficulty
Ideal for first time parents that want a plan to help get breastfeeding off to a good start right after birth
Offered virtually, or my home office
Bottle Refusal
$350
Can be virtual or in person. I will help you identify reason for bottle refusal and help you and your baby work together. I have several bottles that are sanitized and will also work with what you have at home.
Breast Pumps through insurance

We partner with a local breast pump company where you can use your insurance to get most pumps. Upgrade fees are typically lower than most other breast pump companies and pumps are delivered promptly. We also provide breast pump rentals (medela symphony) at a lower cost. Don't wait weeks for your pump or be limited to only a few options! We likely have the pump you want and need!
Virtual Consultation
$300
Continued care provided through virtual visit. Bottle refusal, back to work, weaning, mastitis, & plugged ducts/ductal narrowing.

Office Visit
$300
You can do follow up in your home or in my office. Office visits are usually covered by insurance with no up front cost. Contact me for more information.

Premium Concierge Package
$1,900
We are so excited to offer this amazing opportunity for you to be the most prepared for your feeding experience. This package is a unique plan that offers a prenatal consultation with registry building, three in home visits after your baby is born, and one virtual consult.
What is different about this plan?
Our concierge package includes a premium service with unlimited 24/7 messaging support throughout your pregnancy & the first 3 months postpartum. Your virtual visit may be used within the first 6 months as many use this for back to work planning.This package was designed based off the average visits most of our families request.
Most insurances will also pay for this service as they do for other visits we offer.
